Corporate training has a completion-theater problem: people finish courses and nothing changes. Omie fixes it by flipping the model. Instead of assigning long courses, Omie delivers one personalized 10-minute lesson a day to each employee, chosen by an AI recommender from their role, goals, recent behavior, and a 90-second skills scan. The difference is measurement. Every lesson is tied to a specific skill, so learning moves a real signal — not a checkbox. Managers get a team skill matrix showing who's strong and who's at risk. HR gets org-wide skill analytics and Kirkpatrick L1–L4 reporting that finance will actually believe. Individuals get a daily habit that fits a real workday and produces visible skill gains. Built for L&D and HR leaders who are done with LMS fatigue and low completion, and for professionals who want to get measurably better in 10 minutes a day. Free to start; Premium at $9/mo for individuals; Business at $15/seat/mo with manager dashboards, skill rollups, performance-review integration, and SSO.
