TruxCRM is cloud based operations software built specifically for vehicle shipping and auto transport brokers. It keeps the complete workflow from an inbound lead and customer quote to an electronically signed order, carrier assignment, insurance documents, invoice, payment and final delivery on one connected record. Teams can manage leads and customers, create quotes, separate carrier pay from broker fees, send branded emails from their company domain, assign work to agents, control user permissions and monitor performance through brokerage dashboards and reports. Truxie, the optional read only AI assistant, helps authorized team members answer operational questions using their brokerage data without modifying company records. TruxCRM is owned and operated by GrowAx Enterprises and is offered through a guided product demo and onboarding process.
