What do you like best about CWILL Loyalty & Reviews?

Trustoo who thought could be the best. Not only the fact that imported product reviews from all possible sources are accessible in one place but also the concept of easy management for my little enterprise is exactly what I think it is ideal. This shortens the time and cost for my website to collect and publish customer reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CWILL Loyalty & Reviews?

Trustoo's problem is reliability. Many times I have faced problem with incoporation of reviews incorrectly and their complete detaching from my website. This confusion of being inconsistent in Trustoo presenting essential client feedback represents an obsolete reliance for Trustoo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CWILL Loyalty & Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

the reality is Trustoo can save me so much time and take my mind off review management. As a practice, it enables me to extract the feedbacks from many different sources and showcase them on the website on your behalf. As long as my reviews are gone, not just about the trip, I cut the use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using it for almost 2 days but sometimes the reviews I imported are not the prefered language I chosen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CWILL Loyalty & Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was planning to import my exported reviews on another product but it was having a hard time and I contacted the customer service they provided me a detailed plan to solve the problem but it was a bit hard and the customer service contacting me (Pia) did the work herself and solved the problem and imported the reviews to my other product listing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
