What do you like best about CWILL Loyalty & Reviews?

We moved / migrated from another loyalty app, one costing more money, with worse support, a more outdated UI and poorer flexibility. We found an excellent solution that ticked all the same boxes, and few more besides, while integrating perfectly with Shopify. Deployment was ridiculously fast, up and running in a matter of days, and the admin is faster, more intuitive and integrated with our Helpdesk, making support much much simpler as our team use it daily. What problems is CWILL Loyalty & Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for a solution to implement a points system and VIP program, and Loyalty & Rewards turned out to be the perfect choice. Its flexible settings and user-friendly interface are very appealing.

What do you like best about CWILL Loyalty & Reviews?

The app is extremely intuitive and easy to configure and use. It has many pre-design features to choose from. The integration with shopify is seamless and the Customer Support is outstanding (fast and responsive). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CWILL Loyalty & Reviews?

The only downside is not allowing exclusion of a customer before they have registered as a member in the app. It would serve my company best if we could exclude customer segments (like wholesale accounts) on our own and if the integration would allow for any new customer added to that segment to be excluded autmatically (for maintenance reasons).
