We moved / migrated from another loyalty app, one costing more money, with worse support, a more outdated UI and poorer flexibility. We found an excellent solution that ticked all the same boxes, and few more besides, while integrating perfectly with Shopify. Deployment was ridiculously fast, up and running in a matter of days, and the admin is faster, more intuitive and integrated with our Helpdesk, making support much much simpler as our team use it daily. The only downside is not allowing exclusion of a customer before they have registered as a member in the app. It would serve my company best if we could exclude customer segments (like wholesale accounts) on our own and if the integration would allow for any new customer added to that segment to be excluded autmatically (for maintenance reasons).
