What do you like best about TrustRadius?

A super easy and intuitive interface makes it very easy to write reviews for all business software you use.

With vast coverage of business software, with well-built categories and search functionality to find all software you are using on day to day or work.

The amount and quality of existing reviews already in their catalog gives good coverage on the business software industry and adds trust to their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustRadius?

The only downside I can think of is that if you were promised a reward, it takes up to 7 days to receive it in your email, so other platforms like G2 are better on this topic.

Also, the website does not make very clear about rewards and status. I guess it intentionally tries to hide rewards because not all reviews are rewarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

But they had broken my trust. I wrote one review and get rewarded for the same. So I got another to write a review and get rewarded for the same.

But then they published my review and told me it was an error when we first send you the reward.

Now we cannot send you a reward for the same. I write reviews with all my hard effort and it takes our time and energy and they people do like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustRadius?

TrustRadius is one of the most trusted and used websites when it comes to reading honest, detailed and in-depth reviews. I have also been using TrustRadius for almost 3 years now and have made many software buying decisions based on the reviews and talking to their experts. I was told about TrustRadius by a colleague who got 25$ for writing a review and she invited me to write a review as well. I was very pleasantly surprised to know that they offer 25$ for every successfully posted review. But it isn't that easy because you can only earn the gift card if you get an invite from them and not directly go and write any review which you please. I especially like that they have covered all the columns about a software example likes, dislikes, usability, problem-solving, and alternatives. I also liked the search functionality which they provided because it helps you to cruise through and just look at what you are interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustRadius?

I have thoroughly enjoyed using their website because it provides a lot of value and resources to help you make the right decision. My only problem with their website is that if you write a review for them, you have a 50-50 chance of it getting approved because they are very particular about what goes on their website but you need to understand that the person has spent a considerable amount of time in writing that review and you need to tell them what did you not find up to the mark and just decline it without any reason. What do you like best about TrustRadius?

Trustradius has gained a lot of recognition lately in the software reviews domain. The main reason for their popularity is the multi-dimensional reviews they have on there website. Those are detailed in almost every aspect like what's good about the product, what's bad about it, what are the alternatives, what is your ROI and how exactly have you benefited from this product.

They have a word count for each of those questions, so you just can't give a one-line answer. You really need to invest your time and effort and note down your personal experience with that product. The good thing is that they do reward you well for your time and energy spent in writing that review. Their gift cards vary from 15$ to 25$ depending upon the software or product which you are reviewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustRadius?

It is a review website and it provides you with good quality, honest and detailed reviews. The only issue I had with the site is that there aren't enough reviews on a particular product, it might be due to the reason that not everyone wants to spend that much time and effort in writing a review and then again their approval process is quite strict and they don't allow reviews which do not meet their set standards.
