Support doesn't help. They lie and even though you show proof on screenshots and try to get to a resolution they will take a long time to reply, and their answers are not professional. There is nothing likable at all regarding Trustradius. It is a powerless platform that can be easily manipulated by vendors. The organization uses cheap tricks to avoid giving out promised rewards. The platform boasts of supporting genuine individual reviews which cannot be manipulated by vendors. My platform with the experience states otherwise. I have written proof from one of the trustradius executives wherein they have stated that they have removed reviews as they believe the vendor is not sure if I have used their products. I have experience working on the vendor's products for more than a decade and can publish proof as and when required. if a genuine review (which ideally didn't say anything negative about the vendor) can be removed so easily then its not hard to gauge the authenticity of Trustradius. There is no sense of respect for individual reviewers.
