It combines the day-to-day essentials of estimates, invoices, card payments, scheduling and dispatch, customer records and text-message follow-up with a feature no other field service platform offers: the ability to vet a customer before quoting. Customer vetting. Before a contractor drives out to an estimate, TrustPro checks the customer against verified reviews and payment history submitted by other contractors in the network. A TrustPro Score and the underlying reviews show whether a customer has a record of non-payment, scope disputes or ghosting, so the contractor can price the risk, ask for a larger deposit, or decline the job. Estimates and invoices. Build itemized estimates from a saved line-item catalog, send them by text or email, and convert an approved estimate to an invoice in one step. Customers approve and pay through a branded client hub. Card payments settle in two days as standard, with instant payouts to a debit card available. Invoices sync to QuickBooks Online on every plan. Scheduling and jobs. A calendar with jobs, visits, requests and tasks; a dispatch board with per-visit assignments for teams; on-my-way texts to customers; recurring jobs; custom forms; photo capture with galleries. Communication. Every plan can add TrustPro's messaging suite, funded pay-as-you-go from a prepaid balance: dedicated business phone numbers, a two-way texting inbox with AI-drafted replies, missed-call text-back, bulk SMS campaigns, auto-responders, a power dialer and call logs. An optional AI Receptionist answers missed calls live, collects the caller's details and job information, and books the lead onto the schedule. Pricing. Plans differ by seat count only; every plan includes every feature. Core is $29 per month for one user, Teams is $149 per month for up to five users, and Team Pro is $299 per month for up to 15 users. Texting and calling are metered at $0.04 per SMS segment from a prepaid balance with no monthly commitment. The AI Receptionist add-on is $69 per month.
