I had a company I did business with scam me and I reviewed them on TrustPilot. This company (talkwithlead.com) tried to get me to remove the review. They said they'd return all the money they stole from me. I told them no. They started a spam attack against me (tens of thousands of emails) and they spammed probably as many others saying I was contacting them and I wanted a good TrustPilot review. Of course I got a lot of negative reviews. They also tried to say I was doing something illegal. That's the only review I got TP to remove. The rest they left. I'm now trying to get the reviews removed 4 years later. No chance. Their site doesn't work when I try to reach them and they are very slow to respond to other messages. Terrible company with way too much power. Their SEO is excellent, so if you Google any company their review will come up. They should be shut down by the government.
