My contact never left me waiting on an answer, and when something needed additional internal review the team took the time to get it right rather than pushing out something half-checked. Communication was clear at every stage, deliverables came back accurate and polished, and the whole engagement was genuinely pleasant to manage. That combination of rigor and easy collaboration is rarer than it should be. **What do you dislike about TrustNet?** Honestly nothing worth flagging. The engagement has been smooth and well managed from the beginning, the communication has been excellent, and the team has consistently delivered exactly what we needed. I would not change anything about how they operate. **Recommendations to others considering TrustNet:** Bring them in early and lean on their expertise. They are genuinely good at what they do, and the more context you give them the more value you get back. Come prepared with your goals and they will handle the rest. I would recommend them without hesitation. **What problems is TrustNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrustNet handles security and compliance work that our internal team is not resourced to own on its own. Having an independent firm behind that work gives us defensible answers when prospects and procurement teams ask how our platform is secured, which matters in our market because labs handle regulated data. Our claims are backed by a third party instead of resting on our own word. On the collaborative side, they were equally organized in coordinating shared deliverables and getting the details right before anything went public. ### 2.
