**What do you like best about Trustmi Payment Flows?**

What I have enjoyed the most is the knowledge and willingness to help of all the liaisons I have worked with during the onboarding and follow up training process.  Moran and Michael were always willing to go above and beyond to assist us to maximize the functionality of the software.  They accommodated different time zones to meet at times that were convenient for us and gave us the push to keep the project moving along in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Trustmi Payment Flows?**

The original data set to import into TrustMi requires attention to detail in order to have your vendors "approved".  We found that our import data was not as thorough as we may have originally thought with some missing fields (phone numbers, e-mails, addresses) so that needs to be cleaned up on a case-by-case basis to maximize the benefits of the software.

**What problems is Trustmi Payment Flows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To ensure our funds being distributed are being conducted accurately as possible and reducing the risk of fraudulent payments going out.
