The interface is clean and clear and all is well organized. It is capable of capturing written or short video testimonials, and through widget, reviews can be integrated into your own website. Analytics are available to monitor how effective the testimonials have been, so automatic requests for feedback can further reduce manual efforts. The great advantage is with the reports and the option to add calls to action right within the testimonials for better control over the overall effect. It's a very professional and versatile tool for those who would like to increase the credibility of their product or service in a more target-driven and effective manner and monitor their online reputation. Our problem in managing reviews was the handling of various platforms, and with Trustmary, we managed to solve it. Being able to manage them all from a single console and the possibility of manual entry is a real help. Among the most useful features for which we chose it, manual uploading is definitely included, as it allows us to include reviews from any platform; the same applies to bulk import (csv). Setting up the system is super easy and you access via a browser. Basically you can gather first feedback in an hour. And another hour to publish reviews/feedbacks to your website. The whole process is done easy, clear and simple but still support full customization. What do you dislike about Trustmary? At the moment the generated report output is .xlsx, would love to have visually appealing PDF-file or something available out of reports also. What problems is Trustmary solving and how is that benefiting you? First is to know our customer satisfaction better. We can find out where we succeed and where we haven't fulfilled our promises. We listen our customer better and believe that feedback gives us the tools to improve. Second is that we can show authentic references on our websites, and that is appealing to our website users, so it gives boost to our sales. And finally we save time when we have created our feedback system, we don't have to ask every customer separately how did things go -\> Trustmary gives us the tools to do it more efficiently.
