Solid filter rate, highly customizable, and fantastic support! In Addition to the basic set of rules that already efficiently filters your email traffic, you can tweak those rules according to your needs or your customers. Several other features, like executive tracking, make the life of your admin easier and the customer happier. As an MSP, we don't only care about what products can and cannot achieve; even more important is the support in case something doesn't work as expected and the customer's production might be impacted. What do you dislike about TrustLayer Email Security? Some filter engines are "black boxes"; as a customer, sometimes you don't see why a message is blocked. The intelligence of the system is great and instantly stopped those "executive tracking" type emails which have made it through all previous solutions that we have used. Nothing really, I wish that the other optional modules were hidden when you first log into the dashboard (rather than red flags/"at risk" banners) but other than that it's a fantastic solution.
