Simple to configure, user friendly, gets its job done! It was very easy to integrate with Microsoft Office 365. Trustifi is an easy to use platform that we have moved all of our Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace clients. The platform allows us to integrate inbound and outbound e-mail filtering, rules, security advising, account takeover protection, domain protection, and threat simulation. Trustifi is a great tool to protect agains SPAM, Phishing and other malicious email response. We recently experienced a great deal of phishing emails in our district. Trustifi has locked down the messy world of email communication. Trusifi's email security and console offers our IT professionals a huge amount of email managment for the safety and security of our school district. This is a great product and we are very pleased! Ease of use is the top feature, AI based filtering is great and love the details for threat analysis, love the process for Trusting senders without needing to trust domains, AI scanning for outbound encryption is great, rules are easy to make, and the new training program for suspicious email is a great improvment to what I've previously used in my opinion. The implementation is great, and I got on board when it wasn't as easy as it is now. Also Jeff has been an amazing company rep and support for us. Great experience and we've been on this over a year now. Finally gotta say pricing was very competitive. They were cheaper than the big boys and while they may not be the absolute cheapest (they shouldn't be for a quality product), I feel like they do a very fair pricing model. Two biggest problems are email security, filtering out the bad stuff, and email delivery. The AI filtering is very robust and filters way more out than I'm used to seeing with other systems I've used. My scope may be limited, but the user reporting is fantastic. We don't have to search quarantines on a weekly basis. The user get's their own reports and can either release low risk emails or request the high risk ones. Setup was a snap, and once in place adding whitelist and blacklist entries by e-mail, domain, or ip was super easy. Further, by being able to review the Quarantine on a granular level, we can further refine what gets through and what is blocked. Customer support is also very prompt when we have questions.
