Reviews by previous "clients" are extremely helpful and make me feel more comfortable about using the service and the individual. The Home and Contents protection is a further stress reducer. Aside from user ratings and verification of the sitters, you can connect with them before hiring them to get their 'vibe'- it adds an extra level of confidence.
