**What do you like best about TrustedTech?**

Speedy response time when submitting a case for help!  The staff I have interacted with are very knowledgeable regarding the Microsoft Licensing labyrinth.
Once we were shown how to use the portal, it became easy to change our licensing position.
Great pricing, as in my experience, discounts are unavailable from Microsoft.

**What do you dislike about TrustedTech?**

I am not sure how to leverage them to their fullest potential.  I know that everything starts with an email to their support desk, but having a contact assigned to me would be nice.
The portal had to be explained to us to use it, and there are some things to be aware of: It's too easy to change our licensing position making the chance of making a mistake very high. They do not support multiple accounts for the same business.  I have to share credentials to delegate purchasing to others on my team, making it harder to figure out "who did what when" as licenses are added or removed.

**What problems is TrustedTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trusted Tech Team makes purchasing MS 365 licenses very easy.  Billing is straightforward to manage.  My staff can add licenses very quickly, making it easier to provision new hires in the moment.
