We utilised this feature to achieve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I and II certifications with minimal additional effort. The interface is very user-friendly, and I want to commend TrustCloud for their outstanding customer success team, who are always ready to assist with any issues that may arise. The pre-configured templates simplify getting started even with new frameworks. Additionally, integration with our external systems makes evidence collection straightforward, and we receive reminders for manual tasks both on the platform and via email when updates are needed. **What do you dislike about TrustCloud®?** While the platform is generally effective for automating compliance, the user experience could be enhanced. Some features don't function as smoothly as they should, particularly when working with lists, identifying issues during evidence upload, and navigating the site to find necessary information, which can be cumbersome. **What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing the effort needed to achieve compliance. We have utilised this to attain both SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications in a short time, thanks to the simplicity of the platform. Controls can be applied across multiple standards simultaneously, lowering the effort to achieve and sustain compliance. The integration of tools via the API automates many tests, also decreasing the man-hours required to implement and maintain controls. ### 2. We've talked to many other groups, and their service is in the tens of thousands of dollars to get started. **What do you dislike about TrustCloud®?** It is a very manual process. The do have tools to automate a lot of the process, but it is tedious preparing the parts that aren't automated. This mirrors other services in fairness to Trustcloud. **What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping my small startup prepare for an upcoming SOC2 audit. They are a tool we utilize to manage all of our internal documentation and other parephinaila related to the audit. ### 5. It takes a lot of the misery out of compliance-related tasks. Meeting with the Kintent team is one of the highlights of my week. **What do you dislike about TrustCloud®?** There aren't as many direct integrations as I would like. I would love to see their team grow to the point where they could take better advantage of all the systems in their ecosystem. **What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use T-Ops for policy and vendor management, which has dramatically improved the risk management workflow with my CISO, not to mention getting the broader executive team engaged as partners in risk program outcomes. I have also experimented with Trust Share for logged sharing of confidential trust data with potential customers and partners. ### 6. They also take our feature requests and put many of them into the product which is appreciated. The product is easy to use and they consistently work with the customer to improve it and meet the customer's needs. **What do you dislike about TrustCloud®?** Their "Respond" product hasn't been up to par regarding feature sets. The UI of TrustOps is a little confusing. TrustOps could use a new design and layout to make it easier to navigate. **What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Securely sharing confidential artifacts with our customers such as policies, pentests, and SOC2 reports. The data room functionality where we can securely send back a completed questionnaire to them is appreciated. ### 7.
