Trustcloud make it easy to automate various compliance frameworks simultaneously due to the shared controls across the platform. We utilised this feature to achieve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I and II certifications with minimal additional effort. The interface is very user-friendly, and I want to commend TrustCloud for their outstanding customer success team, who are always ready to assist with any issues that may arise. The pre-configured templates simplify getting started even with new frameworks. Additionally, integration with our external systems makes evidence collection straightforward, and we receive reminders for manual tasks both on the platform and via email when updates are needed. Some features don't function as smoothly as they should, particularly when working with lists, identifying issues during evidence upload, and navigating the site to find necessary information, which can be cumbersome. We have utilised this to attain both SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications in a short time, thanks to the simplicity of the platform. Controls can be applied across multiple standards simultaneously, lowering the effort to achieve and sustain compliance. It is tough to beat the price point for small startups. We've talked to many other groups, and their service is in the tens of thousands of dollars to get started. The do have tools to automate a lot of the process, but it is tedious preparing the parts that aren't automated. This mirrors other services in fairness to Trustcloud. T-Ops gets constant improvement, and the team listens to customer feedback. It takes a lot of the misery out of compliance-related tasks. There aren't as many direct integrations as I would like. I would love to see their team grow to the point where they could take better advantage of all the systems in their ecosystem. Their "Respond" product hasn't been up to par regarding feature sets. The UI of TrustOps is a little confusing. TrustOps could use a new design and layout to make it easier to navigate.
