Self-service and automation are great ideas but they have lot of work to do." 2/5 What do you like best about TrustCloud®? I like the automated tests for certain systems. Being able to connect a system and push a button to test has mostly been easy and understandable. I don't know how it compares to competitors as this is my first experience in compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TrustCloud®? I dislike the engineering and lack of knowledge by employees. It's hard to tell if something is a bug or if it's user error. Page loads are slow, there's way too many menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you? I believe they're trying to solve how convoluted all of this compliance stuff is. It's a ton of work. However, if their policies don't fit my company it's a lot of work to fix them and even more work to find the evidence to satisfy the control. I think it probably works well for typical companies using well known systems and adopting policies that just check a box. For us it's important to be integral and transparent.
