TrustArc's default cookie is an implied state rather than what user consent to. Once users consent a cmpai_cookie_privacy cookie is set and that is great but when you want impleied consent to be granted by default for certain geo locations this becomes challenging to setup GTM tags for multiple geo groups such as EU vs US vs US California.
