They Nymity AI is so useful, where we can learn alot of stuff. The real-time alerts and centralized dashboard are game-changers for managing assessments. Have been using Data Mapping for recently and it is so helpful to monitor the data flow. We renewed TrustArc for the current year and the pricing is reasonable. We also heard bout the integration feature and we are in the process of implementing it. In total, we are truly happy with TrustArc and it's performance. **What do you dislike about TrustArc?** The Data Mapping process needs to improved since, sometimes it feels like doing double job. Integration process needs to be improved. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) TrustArc is helping us streamline Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and data mapping, which are critical for our compliance efforts. By centralizing and automating these processes, it reduces manual effort, ensures consistency, and helps us maintain better visibility into how personal data flows across our systems. This supports our regulatory compliance and improves our overall data governance. 2) We are facing issues in revalidating PIAs. We are trying to use the linking features which needs to automatically pick the latest template for the revalidation assessment. For example, If we send an assessment named "AAA" in 2025 of version 1 and later if we are updating the template to version 2 , then the revalidation alert for the assessment "AAA" needs to automatically pick version 2. The TrustArc team is working on it, if it is resolved it will be much beneficial for us. 3) We are recently using Data Mapping, we have requested the team to design some colour for the mapping process. For example, Integrate is a platform, where the process starts from A then B and goes to Integrate platform then the process C starts and again it goes to Integrate platform then the process end with the customer. While we map this process everything shows like a interconnection which seems confusing. If a colouring option is given by TrustArc team it will be beneficial to differentiate the process. 4) The Linking feature needs to be improvised. In my experience, there are multiple other tools working in tandem with OneCCM to support the implementations, most of which are not available to me as a user. Once users consent a cmpai_cookie_privacy cookie is set and that is great but when you want impleied consent to be granted by default for certain geo locations this becomes challenging to setup GTM tags for multiple geo groups such as EU vs US vs US California. Other than that, I'm impressed with their tool, integration with GTM, and well written documentation. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** My client uses TrustArc to manage users' cookie consent choices through a cookie banner and use those choices for Consent Mode in Google Tag Manager (GTM). Working with TrustArc's customer success managers has been very positive for me and Sandra as Red Hat employees. I regularly all weekly checkpoint calls, and while Sandra approaches these calls from the IT Legal perspective, I am approaching this from a Marketing perspective. To date, all our questions and curiosities have been addressed. Here is a list of items I personally like best about TrustArc: 1. When asked for a demo of the WMM self-service portal, we got a full walkthrough. That was invaluable. We learned information that was either previously unknown or not made clear. This includes the ability to: - Run unlimited, custom scans. Recurring scans with auto-notifications can be easily setup - Review all one-time and quarterly scans that have been run through WMM - View all tracking domains associated with a vendor (per scan) - View all individual trackers (cookies, HTML 5, web beacon, javascript, etag) associated with a vendor / tracking domain (per scan) - View the chain of javascript calls to drop tracker, which may be useful to investigate trackers (where they're coming from, how they're dropping) - The WMM portal can be used as a governance tool to whitelist vendors and tracking domains and organize internal due diligence activities (whitelisting has no impact on consent manager or scans) - Identify domains and subdomains with page errors (404, etc.). Not compliance related but useful from an infrastructure / SEO standpoint - View resource requirements and load times for trackers. Not compliance related but useful from an infrastructure / SEO standpoint 2. Tickets submitted to TrustArc are always addressed in a timely manner. 3. Implementation of accessibility updates has been a seamless process 4. Questions regarding the TrustArc reporting tool have all been answered, which is critical since it's driven a lot of work around the Marketing Compliance KPIs we're tracking. **What do you dislike about TrustArc?** Dislike is a strong word. These are constructive points of feedback: 1. The reporting tool is still very much lacking. This is something that's been discussed at length, and I've been told it's a priority item to address and update. 2. The WMM portal is also lacking. The UI and capabilities could all be improved. I use the WMM portal to run audits across multiple sites at once. The most frustrating thing is expanding the dropdown for a scan (which may contain multiple scanned properties), clicking on a link to open the report on an individual property, and then navigating back to the original report page, which makes me re-expand the drop down and find the next property I need to review. I wish the expanded view would remain or allow the WMM Tool to open separate links on individual property scan reports. 3. There was a little miscommunication during the end of last year's CPRA updates, but I believe that's all already been discussed, so there is no need to rehash. Sandra and I are usually the only two on weekly checkpoint calls, so when major changes need to occur, urgency and timeline should be addressed upfront and on every call thereafter. In addition, we lean on the TrustArc CSM to read between the lines and help us fulfill obligations, expectations, and timelines coming from Red Hat's legal team. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrustArc is keeping permissions for us to drop cookies and use that cookie data. It lists out the cookies by name, classifies them by advertising/required/functional, and allows opt-out/rejection of non-required cookies. While this is what we would need from any CCM, TrustArc does a great job all around. For Red Hat specifically, to remain in compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, Red Hat uses TrustArc’s Cookie Consent Manager as well as Adobe Tag Manager. TrustArc allows users in express consent regions, such as Europe or California, to explicitly consent to the activation of cookies, and Adobe Tag Manager will then allow or block the tags dropping the cookies based on the visitors’ preferences. **Official Response from Elizabeth Blass:** > Martin - Thank you for your feedback.
