I love how this product is so easy to use on not only our end, but also on the client side. Clients have consistency commented on how much better they enjoy the annual tax filing process since we have implemented Truss! Clients receive a clear checklist of what we need to complete their tax filings, significnatly decreasing the items we receive via email or the emails asking "is my tax return ready yet?" Support for the product is top-notch, and features continuously roll out. It was very easy to implement in our organization and obtain adoption from clients. It does what I need it to and the team over at Truss are absolutly great to work with. Top notch customer support and they are flexible with what I need. I find myself using Truss every day.
