When several people read the same mailbox, it gets hard to know who's replying, what's handled, and what's been forgotten. Two colleagues answer the same customer, messages fall through the cracks, and the context leaves with whoever is away. Trupeo fixes this without changing your address or sharing a password. You connect your existing mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox) and each member gets individual, revocable access. On top, the team gets organized: assign a conversation to someone, follow statuses (to sort, for me, in progress, handled), leave internal notes, @mention a colleague, and see in real time when someone is already replying thanks to the collision lock. Replies go out from the shared address your contacts already know. Pricing is flat, per mailbox and not per user: €10 to €20/month per mailbox, with 50% off for verified schools and associations.
