The editing experience on TruePeer.ai is terrible. You can't keep scripts and video in sync, and every minor adjustment breaks the timing. It’s honestly the most time-consuming editing process I’ve ever used. I’ve never once asked for a refund from a SaaS platform, but this was so bad that I had no choice.
