Since implementing trumpet to manage our buyer journeys, our sales process has completely transformed. We moved away from messy email threads with dozens of PDF attachments and started using trumpet’s "Pods" (digital sales rooms). It has fundamentally shifted how we present our value proposition and collaborate with champions during complex deals.
Here is a breakdown of our experience across key areas:
UI / UX
Instead of just saying it’s "easy to use," the best way to describe trumpet is that it removes all friction from content design. The drag-and-drop interface for building Pods saves my team hours each week. We no longer have to rely on marketing to build beautiful collateral; reps can simply pull in widgets (videos, mutual action plans, PDFs, and links) to create a highly personalized, stunning landing page for each prospect in under five minutes.
Integrations
The integrations are where trumpet truly becomes a powerhouse. The two-way sync with our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) is seamless. When a prospect updates a field or interacts with a mutual action plan inside the trumpet Pod, that data flows directly back into our CRM. We also love the seamless integrations with tools like Loom and Calendly—having our booking links and demo videos embedded natively directly inside the Pod keeps the buyer in one unified space without making them click away to external sites.
AI / Intelligence
One of the most unexpected benefits we’ve discovered is trumpet's AI capabilities. The AI-driven buyer intent signals are incredibly granular. The platform doesn't just tell me if a Pod was opened; its intelligence features highlight exactly which stakeholder spent the most time looking at the pricing widget versus the security documentation. The AI auto-generation tools also help us instantly spin up tailored Pod templates based on CRM data, saving us from starting from scratch.
Performance
Performance has been flawless. When dealing with enterprise buyers, you cannot afford slow load times or broken links. The Pods load lightning-fast on both desktop and mobile devices. Whether we are uploading heavy video files or embedding interactive slide decks, the buyer experience remains smooth and responsive, which makes us look incredibly professional.
Support / Onboarding
The onboarding process was remarkably structured. Instead of just handing us a login, the trumpet customer success team helped us build out our first five master templates. Their support team is highly responsive, usually getting back to us within minutes via in-app chat. The library of pre-built templates they provide also meant our reps were sending out their first Pods on day one.
Pricing / ROI
While adding another tool to the revenue tech stack is always heavily scrutinized, trumpet’s ROI became obvious within the first quarter. By centralizing all deal resources, we’ve reduced our average sales cycle by roughly 15%. The time our account executives save on manual follow-ups and formatting easily pays for the per-seat licensing cost.
Summary: If your team is still sending long emails with five different links and attachments, trumpet is the upgrade you need. It gives you control over the buyer journey, incredible analytics, and a genuinely enjoyable interface that both sales reps and buyers love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
