The "inbox" workflow is intuitive for clients and the reports I can pull are what I actually need and not a tragic mess of poorly named sub-accounts stacked three layers deep. Micro-business clients can't afford outsourced bookkeeping but the dominant bookkeeping software is far too powerful for an amateur user. It is simple and easy to use, like putting things in a normal checkbook registry. It works as an excel sheet but does all calculating quickly and easily. The one thing I would like is a reminder system that I could set up to remind me to log in on a schedule so that I do not get behind entering the data. I am so overloaded with the work and I tend to forget to log in at times until I am at the end of the month and a reminder system through the program would be great! It helps me stay organized and keep all my bills, receipts, expenses and payments in one place so that I do not have paper everywhere. It is all in one space, online and I can access it from anywhere also. I can be away on a business trip and still log in and see where I am at for the month or be able to enter an expense while on a business trip. It is very user friendly. I have been using Kashoo for over a year now and really love the new look for the new 2.0 release. What I really like best is that is has a very simple interface and a clean look so my team can quickly find out where we are at with our accounts and transactions. Great job here. Using different accounting services for different companies that I run I do not really find much wrong with the newest version of the software. Additionally this solves a big problem of not knowing where you assets and liabilities are at any time.
