Any changes price, status etc its coming up ASAP **What do you dislike about Trulia?** What is least helpful is that sometimes the information is inaccurate ie real estate taxes, square footage etc. **What problems is Trulia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trulia is sometimes ahead of the MLS so the information is readily available. ### 2. So when we call agent they say that house is already rented out. But it will still show as available. **Recommendations to others considering Trulia:** Give this app a try to find best location for your new home. **What problems is Trulia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used it for renting and planing to buy house.
