I love how I'm able to set up an async video interview with Truffle, which quickly helps me weed out candidates that are a poor fit. The platform offers AI-suggested interview questions based on the job description I provide, and even when I create my own questions, it gives me grading criteria. For instance, if I ask about a process, it grades on how detailed the responses are. After candidates submit their video interviews, the Truffle AI goes through and grades everything, providing a percentage on how much of a match a person is for my position. Previously, we relied on video interview software. The visual elements seemed to bias our impressions, which was concerning. With Truffle, the process is much simpler and the outcomes have been more than satisfactory.
