"Truework for background verification"

What do you like best about Truework?

Truework services are good. The staff is very knowledgeable and we found the engineers to be very competent. During integration we shared some historical files with them and they were able to breakdown the information to fit into their own processes by themselves. It was nice that we did not have to spend much time in configuring our systems to meet their needs.

Outsourcing the verification process has led to huge savings for our company. There is definitely a return on investment by using this vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truework?

It was very expensive to set up a file feed with Truework. But, they offered a turn around where we can share files via an SFTP. We do need to run files every week and upload it, but overall it has reduced a lot of time for us.

While sharing files via the SFTP, the customer cannot view the files after they are transferred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Truework:

As new customers we received a good deal from the company. They are willing to negotiate and deliver good service. Truework is a company that will let its customers evaluate their services and build a good relationship over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Truework solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were managing employment verification process in house. It was an operational nightmare for us. Truework is a savior in terms of owning that piece for us. We were processing at least 30 verification requests on our own. Due to that we were busy with tactical work and not able to devote time towards other projects.
