A lot of my days consisted of manually pulling reports and completing employment verifications. Anyone who deals with employment verifications knows that these are time sensitive. Truework makes my life easier by taking care of the tedious work of completing employment verifications that I used to do by hand. The online portal makes it easy for employees to receive a verification of their employment without ever having to go through HR. Verifiers can also pull the information directly from Truework. Not all verifiers have adopted the Truework system and still want to go through HR. Some are not able to get all the information they need at times, but that is mainly an issue with our HRIS system that integrates with Truework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
