As an HR Manager, I complete a lot of VOEs for employees. This can be really time-consuming when mortgage companies require you to print and scan or even fax documents to them. Truework makes the process fast and seamless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would only like to be able to see old VOEs once they have been completed on behalf of another company. Having access to them after they have been completed would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Truework saves us (in HR) some time on looking up employee information and filling out forms when there are a million things to do in a day! I also love that they have a platform that is accessible and easy for our employees to use when they want to generate a verification letter quickly. I do wish that Truework would cover more than social service employment verifications- we get requests for a variety of reasons: housing, child support, unemployment, etc... and it does feel a little limited at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a small company, we don't always have access to the time-saving tools big companies do. Filling in income & employment verifications was always tedious and time-consuming, but something necessary to provide our employees (and quite frankly essential for them). I am delighted that Truework has sped up this process, even making it self-service in some cases. Admins need an admin dashboard to add members who should be able to adjust templates quickly. However, in the interim, writing customer support works because they have always been able to make the adjustment for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Truework is great for what it's known for, employment/salary verification. It is a good end-to-end product. It's simple, easy to use, a more formal way for verification vs asking your HR team to craft a generic template/letterhead. I thought this was going to take a lot of time out of my day to use. It was so easy and well put together, I glided through the questions and information. It's helpful because employees can easily generate letters as proof of employment when they are not at work.

I wish that the integration with zenefits were better. There always seems to be trouble syncing our new employees with truework. They only do updates on Saturdays as well so that creates issues in itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
