TrueRoute is prescription ordering and pharmacy operations software for medspas, wellness and IV clinics, functional medicine and direct primary care practices, women's health and weight-management clinics, multi-location medical groups and telehealth platforms. A clinic works from one catalog at its account's prices. The prescriber writes and signs the prescription; before anything is charged, TrueRoute checks the order (the prescriber's licence in the ship-to state, the clinic's program access, the product's availability) and selects the qualified route to a licensed pharmacy in its network. Office-use supply is ordered from the same account, with a firm total shown before the order is placed. Lab orders are authorized by a licensed clinician and can be collected at a draw site, by a mobile phlebotomist at the patient's home, in the office or with an at-home kit. Results are kept with their full version history. Patients can connect wearables and home devices with their permission, and readings arrive normalized by source. Every order has one record with its status history, payment and tracking. Groups set prices, programs and roles for every location from one organization. Platforms integrate once through a signed, versioned, server-to-server API, granted per clinic. TrueRoute is software: prescribers prescribe and pharmacies dispense. Controlled substances are out of scope. Access is set up with each account.
