What do you like best about TrueReview?

It's easy to use and it's a much simpler and modern way to ask our customers for reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

I wish I could send out automated reviews using PestPac to make it simpler vs manually adding contacts. I've tried importing multiple contacts using a spreadsheet and it just doesn't work, so I have to manually add each email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueReview?

Customers are finally leaving reviews after sending them the TrueReview link! They always said before that they would but hardly ever did. Now with this we are getting SO many more reviews. Super easy to use, we use it now for every customer. Really is money well spent. So glad to have found this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueReview?

Simple setup, adding contacts either via API or manual. Customer support is quick to respond and answer any questions or challanges. Setting up contact type and reactions is an awsome feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

If you want to run drip campaigns you will need to upgrade to Small Business account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueReview?

It is a clean way to order and create review aggregation for any business. In using TrueReview, I have found that it is super helpful. I have found myself frequently checking in with the dashboard, which is easy to navigate. Overall, a great platform that I would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just start using truereview and immediately fall in love with this company and their services very easy to use. Also their customer service one of the best Mikael from Truereview is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

250 reviews a month is kinda low need at least 500 but not a big deal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Truereview is braindead simple. You can't mess it up, and they do all the work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is hard to work Truereview into the end of the sales process with customers, but that is moreso the industry I am in, not the service itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueReview?

I love how easy it is to ask review to our customers, and there were always new updates. Customer support is also always available and helpful. The integration is also pretty easy to setup, so I always use to reach out our customers for review request. Implementation is also pretty easy and straight forward which is what I like.
