What do you like best about TrueReview?

I had an amazing experience using your tool and it's very convenient to use for our patients since we can send them an SMS notification and it is just a one-click away to leave feedback to our business. We are using Truereview every day to boost our business feedback. The customer support is superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

One thing I dislike in Truereview is that when patients forgot to click the review website their positive review won't show in our business page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueReview?

Setting up our TrueReview automation was very easy and straightforward! Once we chose to move forward with TrueReview, the process of connecting our account, setting up our workflow, and customizing the workflow to our business was extremely easy and efficient. The customer service team has always been super responsive and helpful as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

In my experience, it's a little difficult to aggregate some of the data that identifies which of the clients who left feedback clicked on the external sight to leave a review. I believe this being a little more clear would empower users to follow up with clients who interacted with the TrueReview survey, but, did not leave a review on any external site. What do you like best about TrueReview?

I Love the fact that Owners can Manage their reviews and respond all with one sign on. Also is has a great UI for customers to input there feedback with no hassles. The other great feature is to manage Negative and Positive reviews in a timley fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

There is no downside from the software/feature aspect. It will be nice if you can White Label it with your Company Logo amd Name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use and efficient. It integrates with all major platforms where people go for reviews. The best part is we can send out our review requests via text or email which has allowed us to get more reviews than we expected. This is helping us get new business as we continue to grow. What do you like best about TrueReview?

Easy to setup, simple to use. I like that multiple business can be added and multiple users as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueReview?

I wish the Small Biz package would allow for more (2) businesses to be added with more users/team members who can use in the field with 1 or 2 admins. Many small business have multiple locations due to the nature of city size. I wish it was a app rather than a saved webpage short cut. Steep jump in price from Small to Prem. for these features.
