True review allows my sales team to gather reviews from our customers easily. Previously we were trying to direct customers to our google business page and asking them for a review. Probably 1/20 actually filled out a review. Now with True review we are averaging 6/20 customers and our review score is moving upward steadily. TrueReivew is a quick and seamless tool for getting reviews from your customers. Before Truereview we tried everything, using QR codes on-site or making our own spreadhseet to keep track of manual review requests. I knew there had to be a better way and then I found TrueReview. It was easy to sign up and figure out, they had Youtube videos that explain exactly what to do. I love that all I have to do is upload a customers name, phone, number, and email, and then I don't have to think about anything else, it will send a chain of follow-up requests for me! I am a CMO managing multiple different brands under the same platform company. Each company has its own website, name and brand so it is not a multiple-location organization, but it is owned by the same parent company. I have had to set up individual accounts for each brand that I am managing behind the scenes. I would be great to still be able to use the small business pricing option and bill each brand (we are not at a scale that needs the premium volume) but in a way where I can login and manage all platforms under one dashboard and toggle. We are an acquisitions company and plan to bring on many more brands where I will be implementing the same thing and the UX for me as the CMO is challenging. They have the normal chatbots but you can also quickly talk to a human that offers effective support. I'm just starting to use the system but so far it is excellent. I LOVE the fact that each of our real estate agents can get reviews from their clients. This was not possible with the company we were using before, which was email-based and more complicated to use than it needed to be. We have gotten 5 times more reviews using this system than we did with the other company, and sending them to our clients is so much easier.
