What do you like best about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

TrueOps FBA Refunds is the best in the market. I have tried Helium 10's feature (too much work), Seller Investigator (requires more work than TrueOps and much higher commission). I have compared Seller Investigator and TrueOps refund size opportunities and TrueOps came out on top too by a small margin. When I email customer support, it is responded to within hours, not days.
