TrueOps has a very simple interface and allows a lot of flexibility for your refund management and cases. For example you can set it to only create cases if the issue is over XX days old so you can try yourself first. They also refund you for any cases that are won but are eventually clawed back because Amazon finds the products later - this alone makes them best in class. Their fees are reasonable when comparing to other services, better than most actually - but I would appreciate seeing a maximum refund per case, especially considering it doesn't take any more work to get back $50k than it does $5k in most cases. I haven't found any downside yet, however, I want to know what they will do If they successfully claim reimbursement for missing FBA units and charge their fee, later Amazon finds missing units in the warehouse, adds them back to inventory, and then there is a reversal of reimbursement. I'm a solo-preneur. Trying to do everything myself has been a challenge. One of the easiest things to outsource is reimbursements. I was using an alternate company before. Not only did they charge a much higher commision, they also would make me chase them down for the reversals when Amazon would later find my inventory. With TrueOps, I'm hands off.
