It's lower cost than the rest, but it doesn't play the tricks like some of the others do. I don't want to do this task myself, so TrueOps helps out and it's for a reasonable amount. They do everythign automatically so there's no need for me to be involved. IN a sense, it's like having a worker ersonally looking at this every single day. They have retrieved thousands of dollars for me from Amazon and I do nothing, so I'm grateful. I've used another service before and quite frankly, I was happy when I made the switch over to TrueOps. The best thing about TrueOps FBA Refunds in my experience, so far, is the want to help on TrueOps part. It's easy to communicate with reps; the longest I ever waited for a response was 1 day only, but a normal response is within minutes or an hour.
