TrueOps refunds are painless for the customer and worth the time and effort if Amazon owes you money for lost inventory or discrepancies in the shipments. It was fast and furious and we got refunds that were years old to current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Little to no manual intervention. We are a small team with little time to spend on administrative requests. The automated software makes it easy to upload information when needed and to respond to the team if additional answers are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
