One area that could be improved is the visibility of shipment IDs by marketplace. Currently, we often need to cross-check shipment IDs directly in Amazon to identify which region or marketplace they belong to. It would save time and reduce manual work if TrueOps displayed shipment ID + region/marketplace together in one view. We switched from Getida to True Ops and are seeing more refunds and paying substantially less in fees at only 10% vs Getida's 25% fee. Getida tried ot lwoer their fee to 15% ot keep up, but would nto match the True Ops rate. It was easy to switch. The onboarding was smooth and quick. They were up and opening cases within a day.
