What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?

There is nothing I particularly dislike about Vesta, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering building an advocacy community for their brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vesta helped us up a continuous feedback loop, so we have been able to really listen to our most influential consumers and understand how to turn them into brand loyalists. In turn, we were able to leverage the voices and opinions of our advocates to inform and optimize brand strategy. The robust insights we've gathered through surveys have been extremely beneficial for many teams within our organization to understand what our consumers are looking for from us as a brand. We've seen a huge increase in brand loyalty through this program— at a high level, one loyalty survey showed that the majority of our advocates were also members of our subscription service, and we saw an increase in members who consider our brand to be the preferred choice over competitors Our advocates have ultimately become more brand loyal due to our connection with them through Vesta. The Vesta team goes out of their way to help in any way possible. They bring creativity, knowledge, and positivity to everything they do. Increasing our digital footprint & increasing an emotional connection with our consumers. Both have been improving but the benefit we weren't seeking but are seeing a great improvement in is purchase frequency & purchase intent. Both are up about 10% since signing on ! I cannot recommend Sue, and Vesta, enough! The value this technology provides to Brands is a direct conversation with their consumers with whom they can ask nearly anything. Communication like this goes beyond that of social media comments or 'likes.' It is real users, real feedback, and real emotions - all of which help brands to better develop products that are fit for purpose to deliver better results for their consumers. It would be nice to have more options for how the embeds are set up and displayed and if they could be edit in an easier manor than customizing the CSS. If it were able to be visible on the dashboard before a change is made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueLoyal?

The Vesta platform is a great solution for any brand or business looking to build community beyond traditional methods. It is an engaging space for consumers with a common interest to connect with the brand and products, plus one another. For brands, it is built to increase household penetration through sampling and trial, collect consumer data insights in a pinch (both qualitative and quantitative), and collect first-party, owned data on consumers. The possibilities with the platform itself are endless for brands, and their customer support is exceptional. They go above and beyond to meet their customers' needs and have their best interests in mind. They take care in understanding each individual business's goals in order to provide recommendations that deliver on KPIs.
