Our team has been using TINT for a little over a year, and our favorite aspects of the platform are the ease of use and access. The user interface is simple, and we never find ourselves wondering where something is or should be. The UGC studio is also a favorite feature of ours. TINT's team is extremely helpful and responsive, and if they don't have an answer they find someone who does without hesitation. Not necessarily gripes with the platform, but there are a few features our team would like to see added. such as being able to restrict the word count shown of an Instagram post on a website. While this can be done via CSS, it would be a nice feature to have to cut down on time spent. The accounts manager can also be a bit complicated as positions are shifted within the organization.
