"Perfect for Form Submissions with Picture Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about TrueContext?

The ability to take pictures and efficiently organize submission destinations, including renaming images, creating folders, and sending automated emails, was a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

The 20 MB submission size limit can be restrictive, especially when dealing with large image files. While email limitations are understandable, the low submission size on SharePoint seems unnecessary. However, the TrueContext support team was very helpful in resolving this issue and finding a suitable solution for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Natalie V. of TrueContext

What do you like best about TrueContext?

The way the content is shown is very clear.

The search bar makes any user's search very easy.

The design is minimalist and shows precise information.

Provides a lighter experience for the customer service department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

This isn't related to TrueContext, formerly ProntoForms, but some of the blank spaces that aren't required to be filled (for me at least) ask for some information unknown to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Natalie V. of TrueContext

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Andres! We understand the importance of ease of use for admins and technicians so we're thrilled to hear how you've benefited from this.

"Simple intuative form building with excellent features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrueContext?

The customisable report templates are by far and away the best I have experienced in the market and make creating bespoke outputs as simple or complex as you would need.

The customer support is generally quick to respond and will always do everything they can to help.

Integration of forms with other systems is simple with the inbuilt plugins and other integrations have been easy with the API functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

Occasional changes within the forms inner workings cause issues with existing forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Bryan Suharly of TrueContext

Dear Gareth,

"Solid solution for creating the forms we need"
4/5
What do you like best about TrueContext?

TrueContext has the capabilities that we need with a form building tool. We've been able to quickly build the forms, test them, and deploy them to our field staff. The forms are well formatted and the app is easy and straight forward to use for our staff. We also really like the ability to have integrations with SharePoint to be able to automatically send forms to a library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I guess if I had to pick something, since I'm not in it on a daily basis, it would be that building all the integrations such as data sources, conditional logic, and destinations can get a bit confusing if you are making a form that has more requirements. But, if you use TrueContext on a regular basis, the easier it becomes to use all of these pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Bryan Suharly of TrueContext

Hello,

Response from Bryan Suharly of TrueContext

Hi Joseph!

Thank you so much for sharing your positive feedback on TrueContext! We're glad you find the platform easy to use, set up, and deploy across your company. We appreciate you highlighting the benefit of having everyone on a centralized system with versatile features.

In the meantime, might I suggest checking out our TrueContext Community (https://community.truecontext.com/home)? Other users may have developed workarounds or ways to address these challenges. "Great program to streamline your digital platform"

What do you like best about TrueContext?

Coming from a competitor's platform, I was pleased with TrueContext's visual mapping tools and system layout. The best feature in my opinion is the easy-build function to create complex workflows out of the gate. The visual of each form's connectors and data sources allows us to map every form without difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

The only issue that we have with TrueContext is the barrier to DREL, and the loss of advanced coding inhouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Bryan Suharly of TrueContext

Dear Nolan,

Thank you so much for your positive review! It's lovely to hear you found TrueContext's visual mapping tools and form builder with complex workflow capabilities beneficial. We appreciate you highlighting the ease of use compared to competitor platforms.

We understand your point regarding the barrier to DREL and potential limitations for in-house advanced coding. Here's how we're working to address this:

TrueContext University: Our resources (https://truecontext.com/resources/truecontext-university/) offer tutorials and training on DREL to empower users.

Community Forum: Connect with other TrueContext users on the forum (https://community.truecontext.com/home) to learn new techniques and best practices for leveraging DREL.

Customer Success Manager: They can address your specific use cases and explore potential workarounds within the platform's capabilities to replace some custom coding needs.

We're also always exploring ways to make TrueContext more adaptable to advanced coding needs, and your feedback is essential for those efforts.

We're so glad TrueContext is streamlining processes and enabling data collection across multiple departments!

Sincerely,

Bryan Suharly @ TrueContext
