Would be nice to work with one tech for your account, not be assigned a new one each time you need assistance. Feels like you are starting from scratch with a new tech. - Update - Sales/Account managers are hard to get ahold of and didn't seem concerned about our issues. Huge bottleneck of data flow from ERP (Dynamics GP) to TrueCommerce, and they could not provide a real solution. Calling tech support was scary, as no knowledgable techs that knew Gentran was on staff. They may have since sunsetted that solution as well. The main thing I don't care for too much is that we are unable to add and somewhat manage, our own trading partners. We have to contact them for certain changes.
