We went with TrueCommerce because their sales team went the extra mile to ensure their solution would work for us. They customized their demo to show that it would work for our business. The implementation team was very kind and understanding with our limited knowledge of EDI and patiently walked through the each aspect of how EDI works. Something was missed during the go-live process which was not noticed until after the post go-live period was over. The implementation took responsibility and was able to fix it quickly (rather then having to go through customer support). It's extremely helpful for sending our orders to vendors. It offers significant reliability by eliminating the need to input orders manually, which usually carries a higher risk of errors. Our EDI is quite user-friendly and integrates very well with our ERP system. Our recent implementation was also a positive experience.
