There are some quirks with the software for the cloud version that we wish weren't there or some transactions were a little bit easier to do. Some of the outsourced support are not as knowledgeable and have actually made changes to the incorrect information and system issues became worse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering TrueCommerce EDI: Ease of use is amazing and customer service is on top of their game. If you cannot figure it out on your own they are always there to help you. We have had issues with many transactions but by using True Commerce we have been able to nip a ton of them before they start again. The seamless connection to Sage has been a godsend.
