We had 0 experience using it going in, and have now scaled our retail business to 5x times what we were able to do without EDI this time 2 years ago. The customer support is top tier; they have always answered us promptly and helped us navigate several issues with ease. TrueCommerce truly believes in providing excellent customer service. All of their employees have been professional and knowledgeable. Solutions are provided quickly. There are many online training options available. These are all clearly reviewed with the client at the beginning of the project. It would have been exteemely helpful if a more formal personalized training on the basics of the product would have be conducted. It would have saved us a lot of time on our side. It integrates well with our Microsoft Business Central. The app is flexible and the team at TrueCommerce are very knowledgeable in providing a solution. For example, we have a TP that sends in 850's, which normally creates a sales order in our ERP. In this case, we wanted a transfer order created. TrueCommerce accommodated this requirement. With TrueCommerce EDI connected to Business Central, I don’t have to re-enter orders or invoices anymore—everything just flows in and out automatically, which saves a lot of time and avoids typos. It also matches pricing and catches errors before they cause problems. I like that I can see the status of each document right in Business Central instead of logging into a separate system. Plus, it works with marketplaces like Amazon and connects with our 3PLs, so all of our orders, shipments, and invoices are in one place without extra manual steps. What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s taken the manual work out of handling 850s (purchase orders), 810s (invoices), and 856s (advance ship notices). These now flow automatically between our trading partners and Business Central, which cuts down on data entry, speeds up order processing, and reduces errors.
