Pretty easy to maneuver and find what is needed. I have learned a lot of operational things that benefit us when it comes to documentation and working with customers. Receiving orders from various different customers and sending ASNs, etc. can be a headache as each customer has special/specific requirements when working with them. Takes too long to integrate EDI. Teams that service integration just seem not to care enough. It was, for a very long time disruptive to our businessdealing with True Commerce. We had to keep trying to engage management. They know you need them and so they don't seem to service you properly. We were changing account reps and supervisors and every new person that came onboard promised to get things done and then just didn't. There are accounts that too OVER TWO YEARS!Service. for one customer we went with a competitor that provided less functionality and less chasing people down. They sell themselves as a product that can integrate to your product but the technical team lacks any type of technical skills and the product is not flexible at all. We were trying to integrate our customers and 3PL but what was expected to be a short project for 4 partners is taking a year and still isn't complete.
