You can create any exercise and add a video to the simple video library from either your own videos or online. It allows me to completely customise when my clients train on what day and what exactly they train in a simple to see format! **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** I don't like the fact that (currently) there's no payment gateway and some of the metric tracking tools specifically for body composition don't seem the clearest because it is powerful and customisable (for me at least). **What problems is Xplor TrueCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to create programmes i can apply to any client, which helps me to deliver beginner programmes at a push of a button to a new client or experienced athlete generic programme. We do quite a bit of personal program design at our CrossFit box - this technology has allowed us to move from Google sheets and a Google drive to a seamless platform that allows clients to track data, interact and communicate with their coach, and allows collaboration between coaches. **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** Some of the email features are a bit clunky - password sends and password resets for clients don't always work perfectly. **What problems is Xplor TrueCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cheap and effective. Saves time and organizational requirements when compared to excel / Google sheets / Google drive. Video database saves the time and effort of making our own video database. ### 4. Creating the metrics, the speed of the chat, uploading images and videos... it all means delivering EXACTLY what you want to your clients, which gives them better results and you better retention. **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** I use this for non-workout coaching as well, so calling everything "workouts" when they get delivered makes it feel like I'm duct taping my coaching. I'd like to see them called "training," personally, because it covers habit coaching as well as physical training. Also, it doesn't sync with fitbit, myfitnesspal, sleep cycle, or zapier. TrueCoach serves as a database for everything I offer in my business. Further, my clients are often not familiar with exercise. They do send a email notification of the comment but you’ll have to go back to that day to respond in the app to comment or website. **Recommendations to others considering Xplor TrueCoach:** Start slow, and I like to make my own videos for demo. But by not having this feature, it enables to the coach to be more creative and not restricted by correct grammar. The messaging feature is really nice to keep everything for a client in one spot. **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** I dislike that there isn't an app for coaches. I program on the go and outside the office environment often. It'd be awesome if there was an integrated app for coaches to better program and make it more accessible. The messaging app doesn't work with the new IOS update. I also wish there was an easier way to comment in my client's videos. I way to do analysis within the app without having to download the video and do analysis on another platform. **Recommendations to others considering Xplor TrueCoach:** My advice to those considering True Coach is that this system is great for 1 on 1 coaching and being hands on with your clients. It helps to make a better connection and to be involved in the day to day lives of your clients. **What problems is Xplor TrueCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I'm solving are easier access for my clients. For all other methods I've tried, this is the one that my clients seem to be able to slide into the easiest without much issue. It makes on boarding easier. ### 11. Best App out there for Coaches! You're saving yourself a tremendous amount of time and organization if you decide to use it. Hop on it and become familiar with the layout and play around with the features. It may seem a little weird to use at first, but I can assure that once you become acclimated with the design, you'll fall in love with it. **What problems is Xplor TrueCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to stay organized and on top of my clients training and I'm also able to communicate with my clients even when I'm not present to work with them. I work with a rugby team, so will copy and paste the team program into an athlete's profile. Then from there can make a few adjustments based on injuries, equipment availability, etc... **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** The only real dislike is the limited number of GIFs. **Recommendations to others considering Xplor TrueCoach:** Give it a try and play around with it for a couple weeks. Having said that, I just need to spend more time filming my own. I am not a fan of all the updates. Unless the movement/exercise is titled exactly the same it can get lost easily. True Coach allows you to do a keyword search and makes looking at an athlete’s history a breeze. Is your athlete snatching but you want to know how their snatch deadlifts went? Perfect just search snatch and their whole history with anything snatch related will come up. **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** Sometimes the auto save is glitchy or takes a day to upload from the coach to the athlete. **What problems is Xplor TrueCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is incredibly easy to examine an entire progression. ### 21.
