TrueCoach is intuitive for both the trainer and the client. My clients love the convenience of having workouts delivered to their phones with videos and instructions. For me, it's the assistance with looking authentic as a fitness professional and the ease of assisting my clients. It streamlines my business and allows me to focus more on each client. There aren't many downsides to using True Coach, but I would like my clients to have the option to track their nutrition, scale weight, and other similar metrics within the workout builder instead of having to always enter via profile. One of the most prominent solutions TrueCoach offers is the ability to attach demo videos for clients to see how to execute exercises effectively. Having native chat capabilities is a plus as well. After trying several other programming apps, I finally found TrueCoach! It is the perfect fit for my clients and is exactly what I had been looking for. For my monthly programming clients, it sends them a daily workout via email that they can complete on the app or on the desktop version. It also sends them a daily email reminder to complete the workouts, and has the entire workout included in the email. My weekly training clients also love TrueCoach. For example if I train a client twice a week, I can give them a workout to perform on their own. Not every client does this but it is a great value add on to offer. If I take a week off and want to give clients workouts to do while I’m away, TrueCoach works perfectly for this as well. TrueCoach is the best overall app I found to be able to effectively deliver clients their workouts. Not a great layout for tracking daily goals E.g. steps, protein, calories, water per day. I've had to use workouts and have clients put those numbers in results boxes. No voicenote feature. I like that you can add videos, create programs, copy and paste workouts, save warmups and cooldowns; this saves a whole lot of time when programming multiple clients. Sometimes programming can be messy and unorganised, but not with Truecoach. I am able to program multiple clients and track progressions for everyone very easily.
